PAYMENTS
We accept payment by check, money order, and credit cards- American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VIsa.
We DO NOT process credit cards online or via PayPal. Credit Cards will be charged when your order is shipped.
THERE WILL BE A $6.00 FEE FOR ANY CHECKS RETURNED TO US BY THE BANKS FOR ANY REASON.

RETURNS
Request to return any merchadise MUST be made within ten days of receipt of the merchandise. One the request has been granted, the merchandise MUST be returned to us within 10 days of the request. All merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns on Gold Filled or Silver wire, cut wire, or clearance items.

PRICES
Prices subject to change without notice. Gold Filled and Silver Wire prices change to reflect the current market prices in Gold and Silver. Call or submit a Price Quote Request before ordering to ensure our prices have not changed since the last catalog printing.
Minimum order is $50.00.
Orders under $50.00 will not be processed. $2.00 handling fee applies on all orders except backorders.
Rush Orders are subject to a $5.00 surcharge.

BACKORDERS
Out of stock items will be backordered if they can be shipped within 30 days. If you do not want any backorders, please state so on your order. It will be noted on your invoice if there is a backorder.

CLEARANCE
There are no returns, backorders, or rainchecks of any kind on clearance items. Clearance items may be combined with regularly prices items to meet the $50.00 minimum order requirement. Availability limited to what is currently in stock. Call or submit a Price Quote Request before ordering to check availability on clearance items.

WIRE
The color of the wire may vary per dye lot. Colors may differ slightly from catalog and online pictures. Standard wire in Brass, Tinned Copper, and Lite Copper will tarnish. Please order enough wire to finish a project at one time. We may not be able to match colors. How fast wire tarnishes depends on your location and how much acid you have in your body. Standard wire can be sprayed with a liquid plastic after your project is completed.

PRINTABLE FORMS
All of our printable forms are in a PDF format, and you will need to have a program capable of opening PDF files in order to view and print them. We reccomend Adobe Reader to view and print these forms.

SHIPPING
We ship via UPS and US Mail ONLY.
Shipping charges will be at an exact cost. All packages will be insured and the insurance fees passed on to you, the customer. All Sterling Silver orders will go Priority Mail. UPS will not insure this wire.
